DBA Mabalacat All Set to Welcome the Vicar



Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) Bosconians of Don Bosco Academy (DBA) in Mabalacat, Pampanga, polish their Tinikling dancing skills as they gear up for the visit of the Vicar Fr. Stefano Martoglio. 

Tinikling is a traditional Philippine folk dance that originated during the Spanish colonial era. The dance involves at least two people beating, tapping, and sliding bamboo poles on the ground and against each other in coordination with one or more dancers who step over and in between the poles in a dance.

The grounds of DBA Mabalacat are all spruced up with colorful banners as the school is set to welcome the Vicar.

The Vicar's Visit to DBA Bacolor

Stefano Martoglio, SDB, Vicar General of the Rector Major, started his fraternal visit at Don Bosco Academy-Bacolor (DBA) on the morning of November 22, 2023. Fr. Martoglio, Fr. Gerardo Martin, SDB, and Fr. Joel Camaya, SDB, arrived at the school premises around 7:00 AM. Despite the transport strike in Pampanga, members of the DBA community, led by the Rector, Fr. Renato de Guzman, SDB, and School Director Bro. Carmelo Martinez, SDB, lined the campus gates to welcome the distinguished guests. Fr. Martoglio was toured around the school campus as Fr.
