The Vicar Visits Seminaryo ng Don Bosco

After celebrating the Mass at the National Shrine of Mary Help of Christians Parish, Fr. Stefano Martoglio headed straight to Seminaryo ng Don Bosco.
Seminaryo ng Don Bosco, canonically erected in 1974, is a community of 43 clerics studying theology who hail from 10 Salesian Provinces. Five formators accompany the young Salesians.
In his conference with the community, Don Stefano emphasized the international and multicultural dimension of the Salesian congregation. For him, our primary identity is Salesian, not the nationality. Interestingly, the members of the community have a total of 16 nationalities.
A Salesian identity, Don Stefano highlights, transcends the borders of our countries and regions. If Don Bosco, our founder, hadn't had this universal vision, the Salesian congregation would not have survived until today.
